      The company employed many talented and smart people. It also offers many opportunities to travel and relocate internationally. The salary is competitive and each relocation includes a generous compensation package.

      Cons

      The company is excessively hierarchical. Managers are not empowered to make key decisions without jumping through hoops. Operational decisions are controlled by disconnected outsiders. The bonus structure also creates perverse incentives. Employees are pressured to rush projects and deliver incomplete products to ensure bonuses are payed out.

      Good benefits as is normal working for a big company.

      Cons

      Company is very good at promoting themselves to the outside world as something special - which they aren't. Management are so detached from the working staff. They hide behind their desks and emails. They push you to the limits and then throw you out of the door when it suits.
