      Pros

      If you are a software engineer capable of talking out loud and love visibility this is the place. Not a place to be for others.

      Cons

      Captive centre for people who love to work, can't talk about things and last petroleum engineers. If you are a petroleum engineer and want to work in domain please don't join this....Infosys Wipro is better than slb Pune. Very little domain a lot of politics. You would spend more time in centre wide activities rather than actual work which no one care about.

      Salary, benefits—can’t think of any other pros

      Cons

      Poor communication. HR is in Bogota, so it’s almost impossible to get someone to speak with you. They forgot to pay me and it took a month to get it sorted out. They put someone else’s SSN on my paperwork, which affected my benefits and my taxes—still trying to get my tax situation sorted out. The instructors were bias and the training was very poor.
