      Some of the downsides of working woth Schlumberger could be if you have an office position, the walls could start closing in on you!

      challenging and rewarding, great training programs, opportunities to travel around the world, work with people from very different backgrounds, paying is good

      too difficult mentally and physically, no personal life or entertainment, who are you working depends on luck and not so stable

      Lots of Traning provided in all sorts of fields from Technical, Managerial to Leadership & Safety Options for Promotion for people who work hard and have the internal motivation

      Cons

      Being a Service oriented company it can be challenging to get a proper work life balance as the Oil & Gas Industry is a 24/7 operation and hence employees might have to respond to operational requirement as and when required.
