      Pros

      They are serious about the Training and the Exposure you get when you work cross culture and the brand name it carries.

      Cons

      It can get a little clannish sometimes and days off can be hard to come by. The management members aren't necessarily the best around.

      Good training and development program, relatively good package for international mobile employees, reknown in the oil industry for the quality of services provided.

      Cons

      Management not trained properly, obsession for gaining profit, very bad turnover rate, management by objective appraisal rated in a very subjective way.

      Promotion come slowly due to lack of mentors. At times it seems as though you do not know what to do next and there is no one to point you in the right direction.
