      Pros

      Very good place to build professional competencies. Especially during the fixed steps training for fresh graduates. Expect lots of challenging tasks and opportunity for leadership early in your career.

      Cons

      A very fast paced Organisation, rather demanding. For fresh hires from school, expect long periods of absence from home. Usually heavily impacted during periods of economic downturns. Hence the employee headcount usually reduced to cope.

      the benefits are good (although most of them are not "advertised", so you might go without claiming them) opportunity to grow and see the world

      Cons

      terrible "life" balance (work hours are very long) "disconnect" between management and day- to -day activities (frustrating to try to meet internal regulation)
