      Pros

      Opportunities to shoulder responsibilities are given early in your career. If you give it your best, those around you and upper management will notice. I have found the workplace to be very results oriented, and more often than not, a strong meritocracy culture prevails.

      Cons

      Change is a constant, and brings with it both the positive (constant change means you get to try out many things, and different ideas, some of them your own), and the negative. Some negatives of constant change is that a lot of energy goes into change management, which perhaps could have been deployed in other areas.

      Lots of intelligent people contributing to an exciting and vibrant atmosphere. Good international mobility opportunities. Leading Company in the oil and gas sector.

      Cons

      Long hours without overtime makes working tiring after a period of time. Lack of support in certain instances by management. No signing bonus and no bonus annually
