      Pros

      You will have to give 120% of what you can do. The company squeezes out your potentials. Provides training and career development plans.

      Cons

      Management changes every couple of years, lacking of professional and domain background. Interperson relationship is straight forward (read differently), lack of culture and respect.

      good career starter, experience growing, it would be the good first company to work for.....for your first stop after graduate....

      Cons

      does not take good care of the hard working employees, salary is not competitive...and hard on family if you have one
