      Pros

      Multinational compaty without borders between countries and continents. If you want to see how work different people (different nations and cultures) wellcome to SLB.

      Cons

      Due to own huge size, SLB is very inhomogeneous organization. I saw offices (locations) of SLB where professional level of employee was quite low. It confused me espetially if you come from place where professional level is extremely high.

      good benefit, a lot of good opportunity, diversity in gender as well as nationality shows that career advancement is possible for everybody when they perform well

      Cons

      work life balance can be improved, there's lesson to be learnt from many other companies with similar size and complexity on how they can improve work life balance for their employees
