      Excellent training environment, progression in your career, prime focus on the service quality & QHSE, good diverse working environment. Managers from within the company.

      Cons

      As a technology solution provider, sometime schlumberger policies and standards are not in line with client needs although there must be a reason to put them in place. People may use some policies for their own benefits.
