      Schlumerger is a good place to work, you recieve a good salary and the opportunity to develop your skills, you can meet a lot of people of diferents countries and cultures.

      Low relation family-work, you have a lot of work thus you can´t rest for a long time

      Excellent training, all processes well-defined, you know what to do to get promoted, its all in your hands hard work, you can choose to continue on technical ladder or choose managerial and you will be on the same level no matter which one you choose. Wow, its indeed and excellent company. Ability to travel and work worldwide

      Head count reduction when there is a downturn is very bad, the company is now known for this worldwide which is bad. Job security reduces employees morale ad they opt out whenever they can
