excellent pay. Good career pregression plan for each field engineer. Very good colloboraiton amongst field engineers. Opportunity to rotate work location every few years.

Cons

Remore work location, very difficult to raise a family while progress in the company at the same time. Often work in unsafe environment if posted to developing world where safety regulation is lax.

Cons

Poor work life balance, predominantly work. Vacations cancelled, promotions delayed. Quick reaction to cutting costs if necessary and only think short term.
