      Best Service Company - Probable high sacrifices to get the most of the benefit

      Huge opportunities to advance in different roles, no matter your nationalitiy Competitive packages among the Service Companies

      Cons

      No competitive packages compare with the Operators (Shell, BP, Chevron, etc) Difficult schedules on the start of the career Might make you get so inmerse on the job that other non job related activities get less care (like family, health, etc). Need to be very well balanced yourself to counteract this issue Decisions are made based on the results of the Quarter or even the current month

      Pros

      You will get a lot of basic as well as advanced trainings in the oil&gas industry here. Also you will meet many really really experienced engineers. It is a very good place to start one's career as a mechanical engineer.

      The work schedule is not very flexible.

      The career path is well structured from the very beginning by providing an ideal structured way to achieve an optimum growth pace which not only identifies but brings out the employee's abilities and expertise.
