1. Does not value contributions by junior employees as much. 2. Decides to terminate employees especially if they are on visas. 3. Very low scope for promotions. 4. Salary is extremely low compared to competitor companies. 5. Uses cunning tactics to avoid sponsoring visas or permanent residencies for foreign nationals.

1.Politics! Politics and Politics ( few are targeting elections :P ) 2.Dishonest, double standard and egoist employees which doesn't think about companies progress 3. I have witnessed scenario where one was not hired because he was better than the current TL and he considered him as a threat and REJECTED the profile. :) 4. One can be fired at any moment and you will be made to think that he/she was non-performing fellow unless the same happens to you. saw at least 50 firing although HR's tried their best to cover all but yes if you have good network you get the news at right time :) 5.HR and seniors follows no ethics.
