Pros

company pretty much decides to lay off people on a whim across the whole building. tells you the future plans the day before they happen

Cons

no job security. and the retention isnt based upon any sort of seniority or time invested within company rather its a dartboard and random at best. ive never met a company where they underpay people as much. and then they give raises to those people who make the least amount so they think they are making a boat load when in fact its not a competitive salary after a raise. dont get me started on the number of hours you have to work. no one cares if your over worked. balance is important.

Pros

Occasional opportunities to work on the international assignments and experience truly diverse working environment.

Cons

Politics, nepotism, ‘blame’ culture. Conservatism and unwillingness to support progressive ideas form inertia, bureaucracy and a culture of avoiding responsibility.

Pros

Good work life balance; Good pay as comparsion to other market players; Global experience with multi culture environment; Great people with good technical skills; Management is employee friendly; Work from allowed; Better chance to grow more; Great chance if you are HCM(home country mobile)

Cons

Medical component in CTC weird. This component must be out of CTC. It decreases employee's take home. This component is reimbursed by Insurance company on submission of original bills & it is reimbused by 90% only. Travel policy is not clear here. There must be clear cut expense limit defined in policy so that manager cannot argue with employee over expense when employee returns from Onsite. HR should be more organised
