      Pros

      When it was ChampionX there was a lot more career flexibility. As SLB the opportunities have not opened up to those legacy ChampionX people

      Cons

      Easier to move laterally than upwards in your role. Each category had their own work guidelines, so some teams were more flexible while others were strict. Going through major acquisition.
