      Multinational Company , you will be able to work with professionals from all over the world. Company focuses a lot on staff training and development, there would be loads of opportunities for training in all areas, management or technical. Always employing young talented professionals. It has a well structured career development plan for employees so you will never be stuck in the same position for long. It encourages diversity across all the company. Possibilities to move within the company at different positions and also geographically as this company operates across the globe. People are really professional and friendly , welcoming environment.

      Work life balance can be challenging as you will have to devote loads of time to work if you want to succeed in the company.

      Little to No New Ideas for Many Years = Copy and Paste "Engineering"

      Met some way smart and nice people but they are long gone.

      Past 10 years have lended a staff of young "Smart" punks in heat to back stab anyone as they hope for some type of advancement. Attitude of being #1 makes them way down the ladder of innovation and quality. Long time known in industry to be behind and lower pay everywhere known except at SLB sites. Once upon a time a company that respected employees and their families.
