      Diverse, inclusive with cross functional opportunities.

      Cons

      Too large of organization to have any individual value of employees. Pay is average but you are expected to work a lot with high expectations as they were during the peak of Oil and gas. Unfortunately it is a declining Industry and company has to rebalanced the structure every few years to try and maintain the profitability but it is still a struggle. This adds extra pressure on employees. If you are assigned as internation mobile or Geo mobile assignment then benefits and compensation is good. Otherwise it's just average .

      Pros

      If you don't have any other options for employment - they will pay you to do some work for them. Olivier, the CEO, is actually quite nice to interact with and generally personable.

      Cons

      Lots of snakes! The borderless careers of the past have nearly disappeared, as they have to be very cost conscious due to mismanagement of the activities. The company is generally sexist and continues to promote and reward managers who have a history of sexist behaviors and ethics line investigations continuing to pile on. The culture in general is pretty toxic and there's a lot of 'blue-washing' when it comes to every discussion about company culture. Also - there's a lot of arrogance (customers try to tell them this too).
