Pros

Good technical resources, both on staff and equipment. Benefits were average, compensation average for the industry as plainly stated by HR. Overall a good place.

Cons

More and more red tape to deal with regarding projects that were not supported well. Despite good technical people, they should never become managers regardless of their contributions. Poor people skills. But I hear this happens everywhere.

Very good medical benefits. Good career advancement opportunities for those in the field. International exposure/opportunities.

Cons

Bureaucratic. Company appears to lack solid direction lately. Low oil prices resulting in layoffs reflecting in a low employee morale, lately.

Pros

Good benefits, compensation and great culture!

Cons

Promotions can be political some times depending on which "mafia" is actually in control... French senior managers prefer similar french engineers to promote..
