A company that rewards performance. A multi-cultural atmosphere and great people to work with: usually technically talented and passionate about their job.

Cons

More and more paperwork and processes, and less and less confidence into people. The company values are supposed to be people, technology and profit, yet the first two are not the equal of the last anymore.

A company run by middle management i.e. the 'good old boys' with a terrible industry reputation however they are able to bully due to their size. To get a head it's who you know.
