Dissapointing

Pros

Plenty of resources available for learning

Cons

Total disconnection between parts. Most unstable company I have ever worked for. Pay is quite low (independently of how much effort you put). Believe it or not, my boss was as racist as it gets.

Pros

The company invests heavily in training during the first few years, which could take place in one of their many training centers scattered around the globe. There are clear career paths and opportunities to branch out into new areas, as well as opportunities for transferring. The learning curve is initially steep, and the exposure to different projects/clients often is often a big plus in your CV if looking for future careers in the industry. Great international and multi-disciplinary envronment.

Cons

Training, work-life balance and progression opportunities vary a lot from location and segment. The company has very strict HSE policies which, though useful in the field, are at times cumbersome at an office level. Management and internal policy are rather squared. Not the best place to be during a down-turn.
