      Pros

      Schlumberger Teams are very diverse and multinational. You get big responsibilities early on in your career and make highly impactful decision. It invest heavily in personal and professional development.

      Cons

      Expect high workload and plenty of travel. Lots of uncertainties about work assignments. Field career is very challenging and demanding and most of time spent on client sites.

      Pros

      Good pension and healthcare system. There is a side for everything on the internet system and good training opportunites

      Cons

      Salary cut under the pretext that the secondary's are fantastic, yes they are good, but not that good to justify a 35% cut. They are arrogant, burocratic and most of the support useless.
