      Pros

      Continuous self improvement and growth. I have learned so much more in this company than in others in the past. They leave the decision to each employee whether to stay in the current position or move up.

      Cons

      Month end as in most companies is hectic and requires many over time hours and time away from family.

      Pros

      Good resume bullet. Good benefits. Always working, so you won't get bored often. Great learning experience for interns, but difficult to get in to.

      Cons

      A lot of work. Travel can be a burden. Management can be looking over your shoulder. Stubburn people, and too many people working in silos.
