Pros

Overall a good company. Good salary. Endless career opportunities. The company challenges you to keep growing . If you are talented, you'll be working in different areas every 2- 3 years, and even overseas.

Cons

Since their core business is Oil&Gas, the company is susceptible to layoffs when the local/global Oil&Gas market is affected.

Pros

Good salary and benefits. The atmosphere is very nice with helpful team. Opportunities for learning are limitless. They take care of you and your family. Workload is not so high. Most of the time you are your own boss.

Cons

As an InTouch Engineer, you are expected to stay on call 24/7. Sometimes even in your vacation. Workload varies from one day to another. You can be fired anytime easily. Although Schlumberger say that they care about people, they really care about shareholders.
