      -Competitive salary -Steep career progression -Provide so much training! (even writing skill, presentation skills, managing skills, AI, Machine learning, etc) -Pushes you to your limit and potential

      Cons

      -Not suitable for people who wants to have work-life balance -Overly consumed with work and tasks -Work on night and weekend (usually) -Tough environment, if u don't make profit or perform, expect to be scolded.

      Great company to learn and develop you career when market is active.

      Cons

      What i would say its SLB a great company when the market is active and going well. Once the business growth slow down the easiest way these great managers with cutting age MPA do to manage cash flow lay off people. I would say no no no to anyone trying to invest years in this business.
