Pros

- Amazing fixed step development program. It is very clear what you need to do to get promoted, and the company gives you a ton of responsibility early on. Very diverse workplace, you will learn so much working at this company both technically and soft-skills dealing with clients, operators, rig-crews etc. Great Salary and benefits

Cons

- Job security is not great. I was laid-off during Covid. If you do not do well in training, you are at risk of being fired. This happened to a few people in my technical training program - Not the best work-life balance. This job is very stressful, very high pressure, and you work ridiculous hours. You will get calls in the middle of the night from clients and have to drive out to a rig for a 12+ hour shift
