Pros
-Community (depends where you are based) -Training is is good, however you need exposure -Benefits and salary is fairly good, specially for fresh grauduates -Company will place you in positions where you will be so uncomfortable; this is a pro because you will see yourself changing. By changing, i mean your personality, the way you think, your patience and your maturity. I can keep on going.
Cons
-So much work/stress very early in your career, specially as a FE -You're never really resting even when you are on vacation, because you will always think someone will call you to go to the field. However, again this depends from one location to the other. I've seen other FE's in other location where i believe they are having an easy life -So as an FE you have small amount of time to get your grades and head to management that is usually the path. However when you are always in the field it is very hard to keep up with new system and learn about the business system.
