I really like the work place, they are open to collaborate with their employees in any sort of manner (carrear path and growth, work habits, remote / on-site, etc.) and thrive to create an enviorment where you feel happy and productive. There are always new opportunities to discover, you can do something different on every project.

Cons

The salary is worse then in other companies for the same position in Spain (especially Barcelona)
