Cons

This is a friends club of a company. Family members of directors and executives get pushed into higher positions, or if you are in a good relationship with your boss, you will go higher than someone else who might be performing better. Apart from this, very archaic structure in the company generally.

Poorly managed, most of the management has been in the Company for years and they have no interest in knowing the capabilities of their teams. They also lack vision and have no IT strategy at all.
