Pros

Great amount of internat rotation; good level of trainning; international relationships; English and German spoken most of the time. Job and Salary conditions are properly balanced compared to other automotive companies in Spain.

Cons

Dependency on the VW Group means no to have own leadership. Decisions are made in Germany, far away from the spanish reality.

Good location for people living outside the city centre, nice colleagues, lots of advantages for working at SEAT

Cons

Very, very difficult to get a raise or a personal development plan if you are a "convenio" employee. Lots of internal politics and hierachies making it nearly impossible to progress
