Pros

Full remote is available which is a plus. Good and big clients.

Cons

Depending on the project you can have a very big work spike.

Pros

It can be (quasi) full remote work, with no super strict office requirements in Santiago. The holidays are very decent as well.

Cons

They'll try to pay the minimum, and despite the six month salary review, it is still too limited or non-existent in some cases. It is very sad that the salary is so low, because that is a huge main complain among workers. This is happening while the company prides of keep growing and making money year after year. Also, they removed the benefits for consultants, which were also limited, but at least they existed.

Pros

They use modern technologies and in my experience the working environment has been really nice and it has allowed me to accelerate my professional growth. As an employee you have possibilities to grow in various data fields (DS, DE, DA, ...) and I've felt heard by my bosses throughout the years.

Cons

Salaries are lower than final clients but they're appropriate for the consulting sector in Spain
