- Higher initial gross salary (24000 € per year) than the average in IT consulting (around 21000€) - Ticket restaurant worth approx 200 € per month - Young and sociable workforce - Very good job atmosphere - HR very attentive to the employees - They cover ccommodation expenses and travels to client outside from Barcelona - Opportunity to work on real projects and being in contact to experienced employees from the beginning - Write-ups twice a year, with promotions based on your merits
Cons
- Long working hours (9am - 7pm from Mon - Thu and 8am - 3pm on Fri) - When not on client, there is a two-hours compulsory break for lunch - Almost inexisting training programme, although I think they're working on that - You could eventually get bored of the job (I particularly don't find it that much stimulating)
