      It is a reasonable place to start, as you'll be given a lot of responsabilities from day one, more so if youbare allocated to smaller projects

      Cons

      The leadership and middle management are absolutely toxic. I understand that this may sound like a cliché, but I never people so deprived of basic human empathy and decency as in this company. From using juniors as scapegoats to justify delays in projects (in the Barcelona office) to harassement (in the Lisbon office), this was, without a doubt the most traumatizing and inhumane working environment that I worked in.
