      The working benefits are beyond outstanding, besides that, the culture is very relaxed and friendly, the campus itself is beautiful, and the owner, Jim Goodnight, really helps everyone he sees feel like they are family.

      Pros

      Benefits and employee moral are very high. The technology is truely amazing and leading edge. No other technology company offers the balance this company does.

      Cons

      East Coast centric focus leaves the western employees and customers with few options. Because of the market leadership, the tendency to ignore customer flight is high.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Great food, esp the Sushi, lush soccer fields, awesome gym and swimming pool. Great hiking trail at the heart of the campus.

      Cons

      Not many cons. However I wish there were better financial management tools, for example there are very few options for our 401K. The release schedule could be more predictable.
