      A very family friendly company that treats it's employees great

      Pros

      Outstanding benefits which are second to none for a privately owned company. After working there for several years, co-workers become family.

      Cons

      Leadership usually comes from within the company meaning the same mistakes seem to get repeated. Sometimes it feels like following a process is considered more important than getting software into the customer's hands.

      The care about their employees. Yes they have a gym, pool, athletic fields, cafes but it is about the same as other places for the working conditions.

      Cons

      They tend to care about degrees when hiring but that does not lead to the best people.
