      Pros

      Excellent business intelligence and analytics software products covering a wide range of industries and business areas. Excellent data management and data integration software. They have made some inroads into packaged business solutions for specifc industries such as banking and insurance, but they stil have some ground to cover. Great place to learn if you are willing to do it on your own.

      Cons

      Management is not in synch with corporate goals. Middle and senior managers tend to overly focus on their own team's objectives and expanding their teams, often at the expense of corporate objectives. There is a lack of real leadership in some areas and therefore silos abound and fleurish. Business solutions lack ease of use and documentation. The company lacks internal training programs. Consultants are pretty much left to learn on their own. Lastly, and unfortunately, if you are part of a minority group your chances of making it to middle management and actually keeping your job are very, very slim.

      Sound company. Best soft benefits are when you work at the main "campus" (HQ) in Cary NC.

      financial stability, personal skills training,education and development available to expand your skill set if you choose to avail yourself and take initiative

      Cons

      not the paymasters, get best base salary when you first enter. Little annual growth in your base.
