      Pros

      SAS has a long term loyal client base and loyal capable staff. They have a reputation with their clients of providing solid solutions.

      Cons

      Very old on premise technology, high cost of ownership and sales philosophy is OLD school. Toxic culture in Australia with management being very defensive with some weird politics.

      Nice campus, private offices, cafeteria, gym,...

      Cons

      There are a few teams working crazy hard and productive, but many are cruising and enjoying life even if the boat is sinking. The management ran out of ideas of growing the company, so are busy with tangential stuff, reorg and politics to avoid the root issues. Seems more care about reducing cost than getting talents. Compensation package is old style.
