      Pros

      Great working environment and employee benefits. Overall good team and people working from day to day. Genuine feeling of the employee is put first - messaging from the owner in line with reality. Privately owned so not having to answer to shareholders. Great CEO.

      Cons

      Focus that all senior resources need to be located at head office. Company direction based on what the owner wants, sometimes questionable. Some legacy middle management set in their ways.

      Good Place to Be a Statistician

      Some of the smartest people in the field work here. There is a lot of deep knowledge about statistical computation if you know who to ask and how to work with them. It's a great place to learn.

      Cons

      Company has been around for a while. Management styles and policies that worked well when it was small and times were different aren't working now.
