Pros
If you are one of the teams that can have a work life balance it is a great place to work. The onsite facilities in cary are always well maintained. There are a lot of interesting people to work with.
Cons
If you work a position that requires after hours support you can cancel 35 hours per week. Expect more hours and less appreciation. The company motto or vision is not clear. There is a lack of real word experience with the latest technologies, someone did this at home so obviously we can make an entire division start doing it.
