      They offer a sign-up bonus. All the people in it are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      I40 is very crowed in the morning and afternoon. You should spend lots of time on road.

      Culture went from great to terrible

      good benefits. Initially, a great culture.

      Cons

      It takes a lot of time and effort to build a culture, but it can be ruined in a blink. Great products don't help when there is lack of customer orientation, lack of strategy and poor awareness of where the market is heading. The company has moved too slow and it seems as if it is collapsing. SAS need to re-invent their way of thinking, to become more customer oriented and change from inside-out to outside-in. The company needs to change its ways of thinking and comparing the sales work to hockey hasn't been the right cure.As country managers were swapped out, the company culture went down the drain.
