Pros

Good work life balance. Nice people Job security

Cons

1)Appraisal rating is not relevant with your hike. Manager can rate you '4' and can give you hike less than other employee who is rated as '3'. 2) Work from home is only on paper. It takes lots of approval to work from home in SAS. It is not easy to work from home frequently like other companies. 3) You have to be in office from 11 to 4. and you have to complete 8 hours a day.

Pros

Great office atmosphere. People are friendly and always willing to help especially if you are a new person coming in. The industry is hot at the moment so it's exciting, varied work where there is room for you to innovate.

Cons

Location. Marlow is a bit expensive to live in, and not much to do around the area if you are young.

Pros

Good people to work with, great customers, exciting atmosphere from a technology perspective.

Cons

Benefits aren't as great as touted, especially if you don't have kids. The effective employees get massive amounts of work dumped on them while the ineffective employees get to live the "SAS Work/Life Balance" that is so highly regarded.
