M&Ms flow freely, if that is your thing.

Cons

If you are not located in Cary, it is difficult to get traction. Sales to new accounts is almost non-existent, so unless you have an established account, you will not make your OTE.

Family-friendly company. Multi-national autonomy and freedom allows individuals to operate much like a franchise model.

Cons

Little to no active career development of staff (technical training is not career development). Little to no promotion into leadership roles in all functions. Old headquarters in isolated gentrified location.
