Pros

Only if you are applying as project manager or any management or senior role as they get all the benefits.

Cons

I have spent more than three years with no salary increase, no bonus, no training, no benefits. 1. No salary increase unless you are senior or having manager role 2. No yearly bonus unless you are senior or having manager role 3. No career development and no kind of training provided unless you are a client 4. Benefits are only given to seniors or managers like phone and sim card, american express card to pay your expenses while you are on travel. the funny thing I used to cover between 85 to 100% traveling so basically I should get those benefits but I was not able to as these are only for seniors and managers even though they don't travel much at all even. 5. for technical working after hours and on weekends is almost each day with no compensation and if you refused on basis that you have family and life to live they will come hard on you. 6. No proper handling/planning for projects all they are about is getting the sign off and they throw you at customer site without any knowledge transfer about the project or training for what is going on. 7. No planing for travel as you almost most of the time get a call or an email to book and travel in the same day/night to be on customer site tomorrow morning!! 8. disrespectful and arrogant director as he think his title is "Half God"! when I decided to leave he literally threatened me saying that he will let my manager and the team talk bad about me so I cannot find anyone to hire me!! and that was the only time I talked with him so basically I never had any interaction with this person for my whole working years!! 9. project and upper managers have zero knowledge about SAS products/Solutions!!

Pros

Beautiful campus. Plenty of onsite amenities. Hopefully you'll have time to enjoy them.

Cons

SAS is a company that is evolving and as such it has some growing pains. Work/Life balance seems to be a thing of the past. Way too many levels of middle management. Focus seems to be reactive instead of proactive. No longer on US lists of best places to work. Hopefully SAS will continue to thrive once it completes its evolution.

Pros

Presales are supportive Free food and coffee Colleagues are nice to work with

Cons

Insanely high sales turnover rate. SAS Taiwan fire 1/3 account executives per quarter (4 out of 10~13 AEs). The average tenure of account executives is 8 months. Poor management. Managers don't care about employees and are reluctant to coach team members.
