      Pros

      - Solid Technology - good food in the restaurant - Great product mangement - Excellent facilities and package Sas would be better off being bought by SAP

      Cons

      - You have to be part of the inner circle. Otherwise you don't get things done. Especially an issue within SAS The Netherlands. - Weak alliances team

      Beautiful Facilities, Great Benefits, Low Pay, No Opportunity for Advancement

      Pros

      Beautiful facilities, great health benefits, child care, work life balance for people with families.

      Cons

      What used to be groundbreaking benefits is now financed by low salaries and is on par with many other US or local companies. There is federal government like atmosphere where longevity is rewarded over ingenuity or hard work. Nepotism and favoritism run rampant and are reflected in promotions and pay increases. Employees with children are given great work life balance often at the expense of coworkers who do not have a family. Large profits do not trickle down to employees.

      Pros

      Probably the best work/life balance you'll ever experience. Great on-site services such as the pool, healthcare clinic, pharmacy, gym, salon, daycare and cafes.

      Cons

      Low pay (because they pay you in benefits instead), zeros career advancement opportunities, top-heavy hierarchy, old-school conservative culture
