      Horrible comp plan for sales

      Pros

      Better than average health benefits (sales comp is well below industry standard).

      Cons

      Many employees started in sales than move to an operations position. Very telling to how SAS treats sales professionals. Lots of administration in this company which makes simple tasks more complex with lots of unnecessary checks and balances. I would guess triple the administrative staff of most companies a similar size.

      Pros

      A great place to work. Flexible schedules, great benefits and a nice campus. The work is challenging but any needed support is there.

      Cons

      Not really any serious cons. It's a large company with the attendant bureaucracy, but it's much less intrusive than any other place I've worked.
