      Pros

      - amazing culture with strong focus on employees. Senior leadership absolutely committed to people. - outstanding technology - smart, dedicated, passionate people who want to make a difference - open environment

      Cons

      - there is an inflection point happening in the analytics space where many of the largest clients are evaluating core technology and creating their own solutions based on open source technology. This is to avoid costly licensing fees and to accelerate time to benefit (given that SAS technology is notoriously complex to deploy). The company is late recognizing and responding to this change, and in many cases has seen the combination of open source and cloud delivered solutions pass it by.

      Pros

      Stable, benefits are good but they keep getting worse every year I should mention, products are solid and are getting better.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, I think we have allowed too many people to get into management whom should not be there, the company could do better with properly/adequately motivating behavior
