Pros

Too many to name, like a college campus, top-rated place to work, free child-care on-site, great co-workers.

Cons

There really is very little downside. Everybody is great to work with and it is a great work facility. Management is pretty good.

Pros

The benefits if you are a new parent or are on-site at the Cary campus are wonderful. The pay is on par with industry averages. Recruiting for younger talent is picking up. Upper level managers seems to have it made. There is very little movement when people reach this threshold.

Cons

Benefits are lacking for remote employees (those that do not live in North Carolina). Advancement opportunities and clear career development are lacking especially for those outside of Cary, NC. Mid-career people beware. Don't believe everything you read in "Best Places.." reports. Do the research first and mold to your own circumstances. There is very little direct training for new managers and most are more task managers than people managers. Performance reviews are hit and miss. Some manager use them, some don't.
