Pros

Still makes some effort at work life balance. Now recognizes that remote work is possible.

Cons

Benefits are fading and pay now lags far behind any legit competition. New policies are resulting in systemic ageism, whether intended or not. Pretends that it does Agile and CI/CD, but actually just pays lip service to the ideas. (No, that doesn't mean we do "waterfall", it means we muddle along with little useful guidance from mgmt.) Staffing in QA has dropped precipitously due to the latest wave of early retirement offers, and the products are suffering.

- best working environment. Each employee, regardless the title, has a separate office. - family friend working hours, and facilities with an on-site child-care and a health center. - excellent balance of work and life.

Cons

The salary pay may not be as competitive as other companies in the area.

Pros

Benefits are competitive but don't necessarily exceed others in the area. Great track record for weathering economic down turns. Work/Life balance I'm sure varies from team to team but seems very good.

Cons

PTO does not increase until after 10 years. No ESPP or RSUs since they are privately held.
