Pros

None. The company was once a great workplace. After claims of going IPO everything has changed. The leadership is totally broken. Employees stuck in same role for several years.

Cons

Had the misfortune of working for a highly toxic and insecure manager who falsified things. The company claims they want to change, but leadership has no clue how to implement it. Rampant office politics. No procedure to even get or receive complaints about managers. Horrible place to work (atleast 2020 onwards)

Pros

Beautiful office, nice perks at HQ, 35 hour work week and yearly bonuses.

Cons

Can be challenging if you don't perform.

Pros

Still have work life balance. Benefits still on par with better companies.

Cons

Never thought I would say this but it really feels like the end is near. Revenue is flat and appears to be starting its path to sinking. Morale about the future of the company is rock bottom with people either leaving or starting their initial search for a new company. Just too many years of drinking our own kool-aid has done us in. We have missed or been late to every market adjustment and it appears as if it is too late to ever catch up.
