-Reasonable growth and compensation. -Manageable work life balance for a software developer. -Great people and surroundings. -Great facilities in the Bangalore campus

Cons

-Growth can at times be an issue, depends on the team and management to a large extent. But if you do succeed then it is worth the trouble. -Although it is a great place to work, it can at times be unmotivating for people who want to make some thing happen within the organization due to its size and processes.
