It is all about people. I have been working at SAP for 7 years. I have met a lot of friends and professionals. I have learned a lot from their experience and professionalism. There is table football, table tennis and darts. The gym is also well equipped.

Cons

* Salaries are bellow the average * Frequent changes of your manager * You do not have the possibility to grow * Slow changes in such a big company * Sometimes you get the feeling that you can do more, but the company does not give you the possibility to do it * Management is not the strongest part of the company
